1.What is Edyoo

Edyoo Technologies (www.edyoo.com) is founded with the sole vision to give parents the power and convenience to manage the entire lifecycle of their school going children, from payment of school fees online, to purchases of textbooks, school uniforms, school stationeries, bags, and other accessories. In future, we will also offer other value-added services like meal plans, healthcare plans, among others.

Edyoo.com is a technology platform that offers the most intuitive design, flexibility, and ease of use. School related merchandise and services can now be seamlessly ordered with a click of the button which leads to convenience, time savings, and is completely hassle-free. It makes fee payment process simpler and highly convenient for both the schools and the parents.

Orders can be placed and tracked from a completely secure platform. It allows users to narrow product search results to make navigation quick and simple. We are excited to offer a world class school commerce experience to you through this platform.

2.What is 'My Account'? How do I update my information? Is it mandatory for me to have an account to shop on Edyoo?

It is easy to update your Edyoo account and view your orders any time through 'My Account'.  You can also place orders on our website as a Guest User. However, creating an account has a host of benefits and allows you complete control over your transactions on Edyoo.com

  • Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids.

  • Change your password.

  • Track the status of your orders.

3.How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order has been logged in and payment authorization has been received, we confirm the receipt of the order and begin processing it.

You will receive a SMS and an email containing the details of your order. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID, listing of the item(s) you have ordered, and the expected delivery time.

You will also be notified when we ship the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

4.Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' are not currently available for sale.

5.What are the shipping charges on products ordered on Edyoo?

We charge standard 'Shipping and Handling Fee' as per industry norms. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and is generally determined by the sellers.

6.Are there any hidden costs on items sold by sellers?

No. There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on Edyoo.com. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. However, GST and logistic charges will vary based on product category.

7.'In Stock’ Delivery

For items listed as "In Stock", the delivery will be done within 5-7 working days.

8.How can I track the delivery of my order?

All items sold by sellers on Edyoo.com are delivered by India’s leading logistics company “Delhivery Logistics”, our preferred delivery partner. Order IDs contain tracking information from Delhivery Logistics.

9.What is the Exchange policy period applicable?

Edyoo's exchange policy offers the option to exchange any item purchased within 7 days starting from the date of receipt of your order. We are happy to offer exchanges in case of the following:

  • The product you received is defective.

  • The product you received does not match the description on Edyoo.com.

  • The product you received is of a different size from the size that you ordered.

You can ship the product to our office and get a refund of the shipping cost or we can arrange for a product pick up from your location. You can contact our customer service or initiate the exchange request from within "My Account" section on Edyoo.com or cancel your order and place a new one. Please note that exchange of a product is subject to available of the product in the seller's stock. Please ensure that the product is in its original state with packing, all labels, invoice, price tags, etc. We will initiate the refund process, once the product is received. Refund will be processed online.

10.When are returns not possible?

We are happy to accept returns of unused items within 7 days starting from the day you have received the order. Please include all price tags, labels, original packing, and invoice along with the product. If the above - conditions are not met, we shall not process the request for return.

11.Can I get faster delivery?

Currently, we do not have faster delivery option.

12.I need to return an item; how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are easy. Contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

Wherever possible Delhivery Logistics will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case the pick-up cannot be arranged through Delhivery, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by the Seller.

13.What happens when my order does not reach me within the specified delivery time frame?

Your order might get delayed due to various reasons like holidays, festivals, etc. In case, your order does not reach you within stipulated delivery time, you will be entitled for a shipping fee refund, at the discretion of Edyoo Technologies Pvt Ltd. Please contact us to get a full refund of the shipping charges in case the deliveries don’t reach you within 7 working days.

14.What happens in case I receive a product that does not match the description listed on Edyoo.com?

We will offer you a free exchange for another product or accept the return and refund the full cost of your order. Please read our Returns and Exchange section for complete details.

15.What happens in case I received a product of a wrong size?

We will offer you an exchange of the product with the correct size. Please read our Returns and Exchange section for complete details.

16.When will I receive the refund for the order that I returned?

It typically takes about 7-10 days from the day we receive the product at our facility. However, please note that in some instances, it can take longer time to process the refund request. You can always contact us in case of any query or concern and we will be glad to assist you for a seamless experience.

17.How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from our logistics partner.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you. It will qualify as a Return. Please check our Return and Exchange policy for the same.

18.What are the conditions for Refunds?

We work to provide the most hassle-free online shopping experience. You are covered and your money safe. Refunds are issued when:

  • Seller cannot provide replacement

  • In-line with Buyer Protection, when a dispute has been ruled in your favour
